Information to include

• Product question: complete product name and SKU.
• Order question: order number and the email used at checkout.
• Delivery question: order number and destination postcode.
• Damaged parcel: order number and a concise description; support may request photographs.

Do not submit payment card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information through a general enquiry.
